​MEDIATRACKER started out as a daily measurement of news channels for news broadcasters when BARC stopped reporting of viewership of News Channels. MEDIATRACKER has been consistently measuring new television viewing behaviour since November 2020, which provided extremely valuable and interesting insights to the news broadcasters.
With our clients competing for advertising rupees across media, we had to expand our measurement to capture across all media platforms and touch points. The new MEDIATRACKER was born with an expanded information coverage and a much larger daily sample size.
We capture media consumption using the Day After Recall method across:
Media – Linear TV, OTT, Print, Radio, Social Media, Digital Media
The country: covering all town classes as well as villages across 36 States and Union Territories
